Llegando a España

¡Hola a todos! Thank you for sending me sus perfiles, I really enjoyed reading them!

I have now arrived in my new home for the next nueve meses in the city of Jaén. I had to take un avión, un taxi y dos trenes para llegar aquí. The trip was long but it was worth it! Mi apartamento está al lado de la catedral. ¡Creo que la ciudad es hermosa!

I am living with three boys — uno de españa, uno de inglaterra y uno de los ee.uu. It is going to be strange living without any other girls but I am sure I will get used to it. I told my flatmates about los desafíos you gave me so I look forward to trying them out in the next few weeks.

Last night mis nuevos amigos y yo, went out to explore the city and we enjoyed some tinto de verano y tapas. When you order a drink here, you get some tapas for free. These can include jamón y queso, patatas, aceitunas, o patatas fritas. Do you like tapas?

En este momento, I am enjoying un cortado and thinking about my week ahead. El lunes empiezo a trabajar en la escuela, which I am nervous for, but I will give you an update about how I get on!

¡Te escribo pronto!
