Each year, CISS facilitates scholarships for school leavers to study Mandarin for nine months at Tianjin Normal University in China. This year's group of 21 scholars left for China in September 2025 and are now more than halfway through their time in Tianjin.
For March our scholar blogs covered a range of topics, including studying, a tour of Tianjin, and interviews with staff and students at TNU.
