As part of our ‘Science in the Language Class’ series, we are holding a Spanish Day at Edinburgh Zoo on Tuesday 17th September 2019.
Spend the day at Edinburgh Zoo using our Spanish fact files and worksheets which are available to download from tinyurl.com/scilangclass.
A presentation will be available to book at 11.00am or 1.00pm where you will learn more about the RZSS South American projects in the wild and will be encouraged to give some answers to the questions in Spanish. A chance to revise numbers, colours, parts of the body along with an introduction to animal names and threats.
Aimed at upper primary level, P5-P7. Booking essential.
Standard education costs - £7 per pupil with 1 adult per 7 children free of charge.
Each school will also receive one FREE Spanish Language Pack, worth over £50. A Spanish educational game pack based around the giant anteater and the giant armadillo from South America, which also includes games that look at the culture, wildlife and language in Spain. The offer only applies when booking on this Spanish Day.
