Event Date: 09/06/2020 14:30 - 16:00

What is Global Citizenship? Why does it matter? How can you introduce the idea of Global Citizenship to primary age learners in a sensitive and engaging way?

Global Citizenship is a framework to equip learners for critical and active engagement with the challenges and opportunities of life in a fast-changing and interdependent world.

This short online professional learning webinar is designed to help you understand the place of Global Citizenship within Scottish education's Learning for Sustainability (LfS) agenda.

You will receive a resource list to take away, along with plenty of new ideas around how to weave key Global Citizenship themes like climate change, gender equality, migration and the UN SDGs into your lessons in a way that is accessible to your primary age learners.
