The Fourth Conference on Chinese Teaching in Scotland is a free half-day event and a series of three workshops throughout September for all who are involved or interested in the teaching of Chinese. The Conference aims to foster learning, inspire new ideas and promote dialogue among the Chinese teaching community, particularly in Scotland.
The conference, organised by the Confucius Institute for Scotland in the University of Edinburgh and the Swire Chinese Language Centre Edinburgh, aims to cover the following topics:
- Chinese Teaching Skills and Pedagogy
- Use of Technology for the Teaching and Learning of Chinese
- Into Teaching and Career Pathways
- The Place for Chinese Language in the Scottish Educational Landscape
All in the Chinese language education field are welcome to participate.
