Event Date: 30/09/2017 12:00 - 16:00

CIOL Scottish Society invites you to celebrate International Translation Day with us. On 24th May, the UN General Assembly declared 30 September as International Translation Day – a date translators from all over the world have been celebrating for years.

As part of our CIOL Scottish Society events programme, we will be welcoming Sue Leschen, a lawyer-linguist and an independent trainer in Perth. Sue will deliver an interactive session on Confidentiality issues for translators and interpreters. Would you like to join us?

This event is free to attend but you must book in advance via Eventbrite. Please don't double book yourself – there are two ticket types, indicating whether or not you will attend the lunch, which individuals are required to pay for.

We do hope you can join CIOL Scottish Society to discuss these matters both with Sue and other fellow linguists. Please bring all your queries along!

Follow us on Twitter @CIOLScotland and stay tuned for linguist matters and events in Scotland.
