On 20 September the School of Modern Languages at the University of Bristol will be hosting a one-day conference on Teaching and Learning Languages through online Open Educational Resources.
While an increasing number of language teaching practitioners are experimenting with technology - creating and incorporating online resources into their teaching - these experiences are still often carried out in relative isolation. Opportunities for review, dissemination and discussion are often limited. This conference intends to provide examples of best practice from a broad educational spectrum - to include Secondary Schools, Further, Higher & Continuing Education - to help bridging the gaps that exist in the teaching community, begin a more structured debate around this topic and create opportunities for sharing and collaboration.
Visit the website for further information and the conference programme.
Register by Friday 6 September 2013.
